Insurance company policies regarding coverage of bariatric surgery can vary widely from policy to policy. Coastal Center for Obesity's "patient advocates" are experts at gettting your through the process and will work on your behalf to expedite approval whenever possible. We meet Center of Excellence requirements for most insurance and are In Network providers for many. We are Medicare providers and accept Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health , Cigna and more. We accept some HMO plans including Molina.
